David Ascher

Associate

David Ascher is a designer and urbanist dedicated to improving communities through the thoughtful creation of everyday spaces.  As an associate at Aamodt / Plumb he has led multiple residential projects through design and construction.  Currently, he is the lead for the Slow Homes on Willow development project, where in addition to architectural design and project management, he performed the development due diligence and analysis prior to property acquisition.  As a part of Aamodt / Plumb’s commitment to creating an industry standard for Good, Clean, and Fair homes, David actively researches natural building materials and construction methods and investigates their application in contemporary residential architecture.  His diverse roles and experience support his goal of developing architectural languages and models of development that work together to create buildings that strengthen communities, rather than burdening them.
