Eric Der manages the design team as well as his own projects at Aamodt / Plumb. He is an architect who strives to find a delicate balance between nature and the built environment. After studying anthropology, Eric sought to bridge the gap between people and their environments through architectural language. Eric earned his Master of Architecture from the University of Virginia, and after a few years working in commercial architecture, decided to focus his interest on client relationships at the residential scale. At Aamodt / Plumb, Eric works on both the design and construction side, continually designing and resolving projects at all scales in order to provide legible and resonant spaces for clients.
