Michelangelo Latona

Michelangelo is a licensed architect in the State of Massachusetts and has been working on all scales of mixed-use and multi-family buildings since 2014. The range of projects he has worked on includes the adaptive reuse of an 1800s victorian home, the new construction of a 78-unit concrete and steel multi-family project, the first full CLT multi-family building in Boston, a 6,000 square foot early learning center, several PassiveHouse-certifiable small multi-family projects, and a 16-unit affordable housing ILFI certified project. He has a passion for architecture that focuses on human happiness and speaks to architectural history. Michelangelo maintains an interest in academia and has previously taught thesis and design studios at the Boston Architectural College, Roger Williams University, and the University of Michigan. Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors with his wife, 2 dogs, and daughter; trail and beach running, road cycling, and hiking the 4,000-footers of New Hampshire.
