Richard manages construction projects at Aamodt / Plumb, working with clients and the design team on every step of the home creation process, from the start of the design phase through the completion of construction. He loves building homes that are not only beautiful and unique, but also functional and customized to our clients’ individual lifestyles. Prior to joining Aamodt / Plumb, Richard has worked for two decades in high-end residential construction management, green building, and urban residential development projects. He enjoys collaborating with architects, expert craftspeople, and above all, clients, to turn design ideas into iconic homes built to last for generations.
