Sean Cowing

Project Superintendant

Sean was educated at Wentworth Institute of Technology and has worked in Residential and Commercial Construction for over 25 years. At Aamodt / Plumb, he is in charge of all the subcontractors, doing on-site evaluation of their work scope, plan reading, punch lists and scheduling. He also works closely with Co-Founder Andrew to complete many tasks on our APC program. The father of four children, he is originally from South Boston but now lives in Cape Cod. In his spare time, Sean is an avid cyclist, Triathlete and High School Girl’s Ice Hockey Coach. He also owns a youth hockey tournament business.
