Our mission is to create housing that is good, clean, and fair
We are a team of architects, designers, and builders whose mission is to create housing that is good, clean, and fair. We are socially and environmentally conscious practitioners that want to leverage our skills for the greater good. We have created a lot of beautiful homes in the past, but they are at a price point that is out of reach for most people.
In 2020 we shifted our priorities from designing high-end custom homes to responsibly developing market-rate and affordable housing and will be breaking ground on our first development in 2021. We have grown from an architecture firm to design-build to architect-as-developer in order to increase our impact and serve a larger segment of our community.
