This is a case study of a modern custom home designed for a fixed timeline and budget using off-site fabricated panels. By preconceiving the construction delivery process the team was able to optimize the triple constraints of time, cost, and quality. The old adage of “pick two” no longer applies. In addition to be on time and on budget, the house received an AIA design award and achieved near Passivhaus standards in energy efficiency.
