Hiring: Architectural Designer

Job Description

Aamodt / Plumb is an innovative design studio located in Cambridge, MA.

The position includes assisting in the design development of new residential projects and in the research and development of new housing typologies. Some specific tasks required of this position include:

Visualization

• Create diagrams
• Build physical models
• Renderings using revit and adobe cc
• Prepare presentation drawings

Design Production

• Verifying existing conditions
• Building revit models
• Preparing and developing project drawings

Qualifications

• Master of Architecture degree
• 1-2 years of work experience
• Revit and Adobe CC proficiency
• Excellent verbal, visual and written communication
• Friendly, upbeat, collaborative and detail oriented personality

Desired Skills

• Revit
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
